The restaurant Disfrutar (** Michelin) was born after years of work at elBulli, where Mateu Casañas, Oriol Castro and Eduard Xatruch met and trained professionally. Their cuisine is clearly avant-garde, with dishes that stand out for their markedly Mediterranean personality.
