Biography
He trained as an art historian and in cultural heritage management and has spent two decades dedicating himself to writing and disseminating gastronomic information. He currently writes for La Vanguardia, CN Traveler and Guía Repsol, among others, and works on the development of gastronomic tourism strategies.
