Considered one of the best pastry chefs in the world, or as he likes to say ‘postrero’, the youngest of the three Roca brothers co-directs the three-starred restaurant with Josep and Joan, teaches classes and is the alma mater of the famous creative ice cream parlour Rocambolesc and Casa Cacao.
