Biography
After studying at the University of Gastronomic Sciences founded by Carlo Petrini in Italy, Giacomo Hassan worked in several restaurants in Barcelona, among the many Gresca of Rafa Peña. He is now Head of gastronomy for the Hotel Casa Bonay.
