Gastronomic Forum Barcelona will be a great space for the dissemination of the avant-garde cuisine, encouraging debate and reflection between gastronomy and the various sectors related to it such as the food industry, enology, technological innovation and new business management models.
Chefs, head waiters, sommeliers, pastry chefs and other professionals in the sector will be on the various stages of the show to offer master classes, thematic and tasting sessions in a programme highlighting sustainability as the main theme.
