We're Smart Award Show
Chefs such as René Mathieu, Xavier Pellicer and Rodrigo de la Calle were present at the prestigious gala of awards for the world’s best restaurants in plant-based cuisine.
The prestigious annual awards ceremony, organized by We’re Smart Green World, was held for the first time at Gastronomic Forum Barcelona.
III Science & Cooking World Congress 2022
It is an international congress organized by the University of Barcelona, with the aim of exploring the enormous potential of Scientific Gastronomy and how it can contribute to provide solutions to major social challenges.
The last edition was focused on Ingredients, Tradition and Innovation.
It is the Innovation Summit on Food Design, Food Tech, Social Food and Sustainability born in Barcelona and co-organized by Barcelona Centre de Disseny and Plat Institute.
The ForumLab bring together visionary projects, startups, science, design and innovation to explore and redesign the world of food.
